Billing Policies
Recurring Services
Invoices for recurring services are sent on or about the 1st of every month for services delivered the following month. Payments are due on the 23rd of the month they are sent and are considered late if not paid or postmarked prior to the 1st of the following month.
Late Fees
A late fee of 1% will be applied on any amount that is past due as of the 1st of each month.
Credit and Debit Cards
Credit cards and debit cards (hereafter referred to as “card” or “cards”) used to pay for a service are stored with a third party card processing service. Nextwave Concepts is not responsible for any lost or stolen card information.
In submitting card information, client gives Nextwave Concepts permission to charge the card for the full balance owed on the 1st and/or the 15th of each month.
Nextwave Concepts reserves the right to apply a 3% surcharge to credit card payments.
Nonpayment
Nextwave Concepts reserves the right to withhold any and all services at any point in the instance of a delinquent account, up to and including reallocation, redirection, or permanent removal of hosting accounts.
Errors
In the event of any mistakes resulting in an errant charge, clerical error, etc., credit will be issued to the client’s account in an amount equal to the error.
Current Hourly Rate
The currently hourly rate is $100.
Service Policies
Website Design Project Completion
Website design and redesign shall be considered complete when the design and layout have been implemented and any content received to that point applied. Any delays by Client in sending content or feedback in a timely manner will not prevent the project from being considered complete as it pertains to collecting a final project balance. Any further content sent by Client will be applied in a timely manner at no additional expense to Client, excepting for work not outlined in the Web Design Agreement.
Digital Marketing
Nextwave Concepts retains the rights to all content not provided explicitly by Client for use in digital marketing ads. Nextwave Concepts cannot guarantee the efficacy and results for services such as ad campaigns and search engine optimization due to potential changes in third-party alogrithms and such. Nextwave retains the right to use results of digital marketing campaigns for informational and/or promotional purposes.
Service Cancellation
Cancellation notices must be sent by email to support@nextwaveconcepts.com at least 14 days prior to cancellation of the service. If a client subscribes to more than one service, client must specify which services they wish to cancel. Services will continue through the paid period. No refunds will be issued on services for which payments have been made. Third-party subscriptions, licenses, or plugins requiring such that are utilized by Nextwave in the construction or functioning of a website or other service will no longer be available to Client once services have expired unless Client agrees to compensate Nextwave for use of such.
